A structural draft only. The commercial terms below reflect what the site advertises, but the contract language must be drafted and reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
Services
AptexAI provides website design and build, SEO management, AI visibility work, content marketing, and AI chatbot services, at the scope described in the plan you subscribe to.
Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in USD, in advance. A one-time setup fee covers the website build and is charged at the start of the engagement. Applicable state or provincial sales tax is added where required.
Term and cancellation
There is no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.
Ownership
You own your website, domain, and content. On cancellation we hand over the build. AptexAI retains ownership of its own tooling, templates, and processes.
What is not included
Paid advertising, social media management, and reputation management are outside the scope of all plans.
Results
Search and AI rankings depend on factors outside any provider's control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation counts, or enquiry volumes.
